Smoked Foods and How to Season Them Right!

The Rub – for all smoker meats

  • Traeger Grills TFB88PZBO Pro Series 34 Pellet Grill (this is like ours)


  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp chile powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder


  • Mix them all together, shake them up good, and add them to any meats you want! you can't go wrong


We use this rub on everything that we cook on the smoker and we cook every meat we can on that smoker!  It is the most amazing flavor!  If you want the most moist amazing meats you definitely should cook your meats on the smoker.
